Podcast app recommendations.....

Anyone have a preferred FREE app that I can put on both my iPhone and PC for Podcasts? One that will let me pause on one device and then pickup where I left off on another? I've got Spotify premium, but it's limited on podcasts.

I tend to prefer podcasts that are 3+ hours long and it usually takes a couple of days to get through.

I can pair my phone to PC, but can't get it to play audio. Seems to be a common problem.
